Homemade Mac and Cheese

Well, I didn't fail making homemade Mac and Cheese for dinner last night! It actually tasted amazing! I will definitely be making this again!

But to make it a little healthier I used reduced fat sour cream, reduced fat cottage cheese, and instead of bread crumbs and butter I used whole grain ritz crackers crumbled on top. I also added a little bit of almond milk to it so when we eat this as left overs, it won't be super dry.

I think this is my new favorite fall dinner dish.
